The private elevator serves all levels making this home accessible to all. The owners have outfitted the home with plush memory foam beds and blackout window coverings in the king bedrooms. We also have motorized solar shades in the living area (they fliter light but allow you to enjoy the view). This note: this home is not child proofed and has a spiral staircase and stairwells without gates. All mattresses are plush memory foam, with all-cotton bedding and high-quality linens. The king primary suite features motorized blackout shades, the other king room has blackout curtains. The queen over queen bunk room has interior shutters. 3 designated parking spots. Two in driveway and one in the garage (remote provided). The spa is balanced and cleaned biweekly in the high season. The service person uses the private elevator to get to the roof. In the rare and unlikely event the spa is not usable, we will schedule a service call, but this would not result in a room credit. We have a community pool as well as a community spa. We preauthorize a 500 dollar refundable damage deposit after your booking is confirmed.
