Other things to note 6,000 THB security deposit in cash (any currency accepted) will be collected upon arrival by our rental manager and refunded on departure, subject to any damage/additional charges. For bookings up to 28 days electric is subject to fair usage which is 30 units a day. You shouldn’t go over this if you turn the air con off and lights off while you're not in the villa. For tenancies of 28 days or more the tenant will be fully responsible for the full electric and water charges accrued during the stay which will be charged at the standard government rate. Additional cleaning is 1,599 THB per clean and includes 1 x clean and 1 x change of bed linen & towels. For bookings of 7 nights or more, we provide one complimentary full house clean, including fresh bedding and towels, for every 7 nights of stay. There is on road parking right outside the villa. I can assist with arranging taxis, an example price from Suvarnabhumi Airport to the villa is 1,750THB. SMOKING WITHIN THE VILLA IS NOT PERMITTED however guests are allowed to smoke in the garden. Smoking within the villa will result in a deduction from the security deposit.
