Tranquil Location & Easy Access Our lovely house is situated in a peaceful area free from the island’s traffic jams, allowing you to breathe in the fresh, pure air. Located within the gated community of Corona Residence, it offers a tropical paradise just 10 km from the Historic City Center and beautiful beaches. Comfort & Amenities Currently, we have two air-conditioned bedrooms ready for your stay. A third bedroom, without air conditioning, will be fully equipped by July 2024. For now, we’ve listed only the two fully operational bedrooms to guarantee your comfort. Adventure Awaits Outdoor enthusiasts will love our location, just a 5-minute drive (2 km) from the Kite Surfing School. The area is perfect for mountain biking, kayaking, ATV tours, cycling, and kite surfing, especially around the scenic St. Joris area. Guest access As a guest you have access on the entire property of the house. Other things to note Enjoy the refreshing breeze of the north side of the island during your stay at our place. Experience pure air, far from the hustle and bustle of the island’s hectic areas. Located in the peaceful countryside, you’ll be free from traffic jams and crowds. Our holiday house is conveniently close to several attractions that will enhance your stay: Outdoor Activities: Engage in water sports such as wakeboarding, paddleboarding, surfing, and kiteboarding at the St. Joris recreational natural park. Local Farms: The island's Ostrich Farm and Aloe Farm are just a 5-minute drive from the house. Art Workshops: Discover local art at Serena's Chichi Workshop and Jean Kiridongo’s studio, both only 5 minutes away. The best way to explore the island is by renting a car. While there is a bus stop just a 5-minute walk away, the public transport schedule can be unreliable. Our place is near the natural recreation park of Sint Joris, perfect for mountain biking, kite surfing, and kayaking in the Sint Joris Bay. Check the pictures for more details. Highly Recommended: Klein Curaçao If you have the time, a visit to Klein Curaçao (Small Curaçao) is a must. The beach is stunning, and you might get the chance to swim with turtles. Klein Curaçao boasts the island's longest and whitest beach, with soft white sand and crystal-clear waters. Dive operators and charter boats offer trips featuring snorkeling, refreshments, and usually a picnic or barbecue lunch. Mountain Biking at St. Joris Baai / Koraal Tabak Area This route takes you from the lush green mangroves along St. Joris Bay to Koraal Tabak. The cave, Kueba Koraal Tabak, is well worth visiting. A refreshing wind flows through the cave, offering a fantastic view. The rugged north coast provides a varied landscape, with waves crashing against the cliffs and biking over coral rock. You can choose between a short circle with some challenging hills or a longer route along the windmills towards Ronde Klip. The Cave of Koraal Tabak Discover one of the lesser-known caves in Curaçao. Located near the ruins of the manor house 'Koraal Tabak', this cave was once inhabited by Arawak Amerindians. Today, it’s home to colonies of bats. The cave is a dry, windy space, about 50 meters long and situated 40 meters above sea level. Please respect the habitat of the bats during your visit.
