****May 30 to August 22, 2026- Just add one guest to get the set rate of $195. ***** There is a $100 Pet Fee per stay Munson Manor V has an open floor plan w/ living, dining and kitchen areas in a very spacious room with high ceilings. There are 2 separate bedrooms and 1 bath off the main area. There are hardwood floors and tile throughout. The washer and dryer are located in the basement. The space Munson Manor V has two apartments that were renovated in 2015. These delightful apartments combine the grace of early architecture and contemporary decor. The location is awesome as it is less than 1/2 mile to All Star Village Baseball Park! We are sold out every summer. Guest access Enter the first floor apartment from the front or back door located off the garage. There is off street parking with a carport shared with the second floor guests. Also, a back patio with outdoor dining and an outdoor gas grill. Other things to note We have additional properties especially for summer rentals. For the baseball parents we will donate $300 per team if 3 or more of our properties are booked for your week! Please send a message for additional properties.
