Two brand-new, comfortable beds. The house sits on a quiet street with 24-hour security, just four minutes from the subway. It features a backyard, two bathrooms with gas-heated showers, a half bath, a spacious living room, a dining area, and a large, fully equipped kitchen. Botafogo is an upscale neighborhood filled with bars, markets, buses, cinemas, and pharmacies. The space The house has two floors and a cozy backyard. A family of two and a docile and cheerful dog live there. Guests can use the kitchen and all its appliances, which include a dishwasher, coffee maker, electric oven, gas oven and refrigerator. The house has a shared bathroom that will be practically exclusive to guests, next to the bedroom. There is also a toilet on the first floor. Guest access The host can use the whole house except the bedrooms of the residents. The key will be provided on arrival. During your stay Residents tend to be home at different times. Almost everyone speaks English. We'll gladly provide tips indicate tours and city, as well as any information that the guest needs. Other things to note We love children, but we don´t have a baby cot. But we can always adapt.
