The Happy Place -Water front Double Living Space

A Beautiful view of the water with water access a few steps away. Use of two adjoining living quarters with full amenities in both. NEW THIS YEAR, we have two heat pumps to provide some air conditioning and better heating. A 3-5 minute drive will bring you to charming North Rustico Harbour with groceries, dining, shopping and a beautiful sand beach. Very near local sites: 15 min drive to Cavendish beach, Green Gables, Avonlea Village and golf courses. We are licensed by PEI Tourism. The space A very unique feature of the Happy Place is that it is two spaces in one, perfect for two couples or families travelling together or grandparents with their family. It allows you to be together and also offers privacy. Guest access The entire cottage including the main cottage and the addition are for the exclusive use of our guests while they are staying at the Happy Place. Other things to note There is easy public access down to the water with a very short walk. It is a wonderful spot for wading, walking and exploring but is not deep enough for swimming. However, North Rustico beach is only minutes away by car. Registration Details 2202733
