The approx. 116 m², newly modernised 4-room apartment with 2 bathrooms comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests – ideal for families, friends, trade fair visitors and business travellers. There are plenty of public parking spaces right outside the door. LIVING & DINING AREA From the hallway you enter the large living and dining room with a table for up to 8 people. Here you can enjoy meals together, play games or simply relax after a busy day. From the living area you have direct access to the balcony with a green view – perfect for a morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The cosy sofa and the large HD smart TV with streaming apps (e.g. Netflix, Amazon Prime – with your own accounts) ensure relaxed evenings. KITCHEN & HOUSEHOLD Right next door you’ll find the fully equipped kitchen: large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, stove, microwave as well as plenty of crockery, cutlery, glasses and cooking utensils. It’s easy to cook for a larger group here or prepare a quick breakfast. A modern Nespresso machine with some coffee capsules and a small tea selection are ready for you. For longer stays, the washing machine and dryer, which you can use free of charge, are especially convenient. SLEEPING In the evening, you can retreat to three separate bedrooms. – One bedroom has a 2 m wide box-spring double bed (king size) that can be separated into two 1 m single beds if needed – ideal for colleagues or friends who prefer separate beds. From this room you also enjoy a beautiful view of Bensberg Castle. – The second bedroom offers a comfortable 1.60 m wide box-spring double bed (queen size). – The third bedroom is set up as a large family room with two 1.60 m wide box-spring double beds (queen size) – perfect for parents with children or several couples. From here you can also look out to Bensberg Castle. In total, you have up to 8 full sleeping places in real beds. Bed linen, extra blankets and pillows as well as 2 towels per person are of course included. BATHROOMS In the morning you can choose whether to start the day with a quick shower or relax in the large bathtub. Two modern, spacious bathrooms ensure that even with a larger group there is no queue. Both bathrooms are equipped with hairdryer, towels, shower gel, soap and shampoo – you don’t need to bring anything. In the second bathroom you can also enjoy a lovely view of Bensberg Castle. WORKING & INTERNET If you need to work, high-speed Wi-Fi and three desks provide very good conditions for home office, online meetings or focused work on site. Especially for business travellers and trade fair guests, the combination of plenty of space, quiet bedrooms and reliable internet is ideal. LOCATION & SURROUNDINGS The apartment is located right in the Bensberg pedestrian zone – quiet, yet very central. In the immediate vicinity you will find bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants and various shops. The tram stop of line 1 is only a few minutes’ walk away; from there you can reach Cologne (cathedral, old town, trade fair/Deutz, Lanxess Arena) in about 15 minutes by car/taxi or around 25–30 minutes by tram. Bensberg Castle, the Mediterana spa, the Bergisches Land region and Cologne city centre are also easy to reach. There are several (paid) parking spaces directly in front of the apartment, and a large parking garage directly opposite. This makes arriving by car particularly convenient.
