Our apartment is a little gem, everyone loves staying there! Best location, 2 blocks to the subway, 3 blocks to the beach, close to bars, restaurants, supermarkets, subway! Wi-fi, cable TV, air con and fan! The space This newly renovated studio (fully renovated Dec 2022) is in the best location of Copacabana, situated on a quieter street but just off the main streets, right in the middle of everything, 2 1/2 blocks from the beach, 1 block from the subway (Cantagalo station which places you just a stop away from Ipanema! --> you can just walk there too, no need to hop on the subway really), very close to all local bars and restaurants, and very close to Ipanema and Lagoa (walking distance) where true cariocas exercise in the mornings. The place is colorfully decorated, modern, with lots of natural light, on the 3rd floor of a leafy greet shady street, in the summer it is great, as any shade helps! And the building is safe with 24 hour doorman at the entrance. It has cable TV, cable/wi-fi internet, air con, ceiling fan, all kitchen gear (fridge, stove, oven, toaster, pots & pans, utensils), a mini stereo, DVD player and some DVD movies. It has a double comfortable bed, a sofa bed and a hammock. So the place is good for 2-3 people max. The building is residential, like a family building so you will feel at home. Parties are not allowed. Copacabana is a vibrant neighborhood of Rio which never sleeps. There's always something happening, always somewhere to go eat, drink, and this movement and life of its own makes the neighborhood all that special. Just under the building there is a small market, a butcher, and a Japanese little bistro which can be very handy. Supermarket is only 2 small blocks away and there are many 24-hour options for eating. It's really close to Bolivar Street, which has all bars and restaurants too. For those wanting to have a home feel in Rio, this is the place for you! Our guests really like staying there, as you are in the middle of everything, close to other neighborhoods and in a safe place. We offer bed linen and shower towels. We do not offer beach towels though. Cleaning fee/laundry to be paid when you make the booking (it will automatically be included in the price you'll pay). Attention:: We provide clean shower towels (1 per person for up to 7 days), toilet paper, (perhaps not for your whole stay, but the basics to get you started). There are 2 supermarkets near by. We are not a hotel so you won't find soap, shampoo, conditioner, napkins, sugar, tea, snacks... If guests leave that behind, yes we leave it there for you. Please be mindful of that.
