La Bergerie gîte, garden and pool, for 10 people

Ideally located near Albi, we welcome you to a 17th century bastide for a vacation rich in cultural discoveries, hiking in the countryside, or peaceful by the pool. The spaces are comfortable and spacious, a beautiful garden, shaded terraces, barbecue and a private pool for holidays with family or friends. Stone walls, exposed beams, soothing atmosphere of the patio make it a real charming cottage to escape from everyday life and recharge. The space The entrance to the cottage is through the garden and the shaded terrace. You enter a fully equipped kitchen, which opens onto a large living room with sofas, TV, wood-burning stove, and a dining area with a table for 10 people. Upstairs, there is 1 master suite with bathroom and toilet, 3 spacious, cozy, and welcoming bedrooms, and 1 separate bathroom and toilet. There is an additional bathroom on the ground floor with a shower and a separate toilet. The décor is warm, with rustic stonework, exposed beams, and wooden flooring, reflecting a rural and authentic past. The cottage opens to a green, picturesque and tranquil landscape. The enclosed garden (approximately 2,000 m²) offers you various spaces for relaxation and socializing. Shaded terrace, panoramic terrace, barbecue area, swimming pool, and garden furniture. The pool (12 x 6 m) with its tiled beach provides a unique place to enjoy wonderful summer afternoons and mild, peaceful evenings. The pool is officially open from beginning of June until end of September. The La Bergerie gîte has been rated 4 stars by Atout France, a guarantee of quality and comfort. Guest access You have access to the fenced garden, terraces, private pool. All around there is a large park, to be shared with the owners, where children can play ball games. The car(s) will be parked in a private parking lot (2 spaces) adjacent to the cottage. Most GPS know the address but for those who do not have GPS: go to Monestiès and head towards Cordes sur Ciel. After the exit of Monestiès, take the 3rd right, it is the road to Suech and there is a sign "Les volets bleus du segur". Go up the road (there are a few turns) and at the intersection with the castle road, there is a blue gate, that's us! Other things to note The end of stay cleaning is included in the rental price. However, we thank you in advance for leaving the accommodation, as well as the terrace areas and the pool, tidy upon check-out, with dishes washed, and trash cans emptied and disposed of according to the instructions provided on-site. For regular upkeep of the property during a long stay, all the cleaning supplies are available, as well as brooms, a vacuum cleaner, etc. During your stay, we will take care of pool maintenance: water testing, cleaning, and checking that the pump is working properly. If needed, we will also use the lawn mower so that you always have a pleasant green space at your disposal. The pool is officially open from beginning of June until end of September. These transactions will be carried out with your consent and at times that suit you.
