With a spacious outdoor area, you can enjoy a refreshing pool and a barbecue for relaxed outdoor moments. The fully equipped kitchen caters to all your culinary needs, and the living room, with TV, ceiling fan, and a desk, provides a cozy space to relax and work. The house features 4 bedrooms with queen beds and air conditioning, plus 3 large bathrooms for added comfort. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer. The garden offers hammocks and beautiful nighttime lighting, creating a delightful space occasionally visited by monkeys. For extra guests, there is a sofa bed in the living room, along with hammocks, a fan, and 2 single mattresses available upon request. Additionally, the upstairs bedrooms have balconies to enjoy the view and relax. Feel at home in this perfect blend of rusticity, functionality, and natural beauty. If needed, we can also provide contacts for housekeepers, cooks, tour guides, and excursions! Guest access You’ll have the whole house to yourself and your friends! The only area off-limits is the storage room. If you need to use the washing machine, just let us know, okay? This ensures you’re aware of the house access and the procedure for using the washing machine. We’re here to make sure you have an amazing stay! Other things to note Before renting, please review the following guidelines: - **Parties are not allowed.** - **No loud music during the day.** Music should be turned off after 8:00 PM to maintain a peaceful environment. - **The washing machine may only be used with prior permission.** - **No use of fire, including cigarettes and bonfires,** inside the property due to the thatched roof, which is highly flammable. Also, no high flames are allowed on the barbecue. - **Pets are only allowed with prior authorization.** - **Additional guests are only allowed with prior authorization.** We have security cameras in the front and back of the house for your and our protection. - **Any issues with the house or neighbors should be reported to us** so we can address them promptly. - **Please do not remove any items from the house**, such as towels, bed linens, cookware, or decorations.
