In a quiet residential area and close to all amenities, we rent our non-adjoining and single-storey villa on a partially wooded plot of 630 m², with private pool and unobstructed views of Morne Larcher (superb hike). Diamant and Sainte-Luce beaches are a 7-minute drive away. The villa includes a living room with a 40 m² equipped kitchen open to a 50 m² covered terrace, 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with cupboards, 2 shower rooms and 2 toilets. It has quick access to the South, the Atlantic and the North Caribbean coast, allowing you to enjoy both nature activities and cultural tours. The lot can accommodate up to 2 cars, and additional spaces are also available within the residence. Other things to note We provide hiking guides to help you explore the surrounding area. Passionate about hiking and nature, we are sure you will enjoy yourself: Martinique is full of real treasures to discover. We can also provide you with mats on request to practice the sport on site. We have been teaching yoga and pilates on the island for 10 years, and would love to share this passion with you if you wish. Our cat, Ganesh, will also be present. He's a neutered male, very greedy! If you feel like it, you can cuddle him: he is a very affectionate companion who loves to be stroked when he feels confident.
