Carnival available! Surrounded by coconut trees, Casa da Nicole in Trancoso is a quiet and cozy place. The internet is excellent. You'll feel at home, with comfort and a lot of tranquility. It is about 8 minutes by car to the Quadrado and nearby beaches, paved route. If you want to enjoy the most visited places in the region, you can rent a car or hire transfer services. It will be a pleasure to host you. The space The goumert area has a barbecue and firewood stove, ideal to gather all the family and friends. The house is cozy and airy, all rooms have fans and 2m wide windows, all with curtain bleckout. The bathroom is a charm, the rusticity of the wood and the white floor give a touch of softness to the environment. In the backyard we have a shower. Guest access The laundry room has a 13kg washing machine, which guests can use for their convenience. We have a 55-inch 4K TV, with over 200 streaming channels and Netflix, at no additional price. We have Wi-Fi with 500 megabyte fiber optic internet. We have 2 access gates, one to the back street, giving access to the neighboring neighborhood, and another to the condominium. The house gate is motorized for better guest comfort. Access through the subdivision is via remote control. Other things to note We advise our guests to have a car or request a taxi service to better enjoy our village and its surroundings. Walking to the Quadrado and beaches is possible, but tiring, especially for those with children. It is about an 8-minute drive to the main tourist attractions. It is important to know that Trancoso is full of forests and reserves, the purpose of the place is to be in tune with nature and environmental preservation, we ask that you have a good repellent, as mosquitoes are common here. Many garden animals may appear on the balcony of the house (ants, coconut caterpillars, frogs, etc.). There is a generator in the house, in case of a power outage in the region, we ask that you contact us so that we can turn it on.
