Rental unit in Brooklyn
Description
Nestled in one of the oldest and coolest neighborhoods. This Condo is surrounded by amazing food, coffee shops, art and nightlife mostly in walking distance. Being a frequent traveler myself, I like to open up my home to others who share that same love for discovery. Inside you will be surrounded by an inviting environment including a private rooftop space. Venture a short car ride or transit stop for Ft Greene, Pier 5 and Williamsburg. Two other famous and beautiful tree-lined neighborhoods. The space Introducing a great place to come home to in Clinton Hill after taking in all of the sites of Manhattan. Clinton Hill is known to have some of the prettiest brownstones in Brooklyn and is worth a nice walk around its tree-lined streets. Plus it's surrounded by some amazing sites all within a short walking distance. If you are not into the walking. Take two close train stops (G/C). A car will take you to most places under 10 minutes. The living space is a modern building decorated with the color and fun. The living space features extremely high ceilings (16 ft.). This combined with the glass doored French balcony makes this place glow with amazing light until sundown. The sectional couch and glass coffee table help complete this giant sun room full of plants. I also have a private balcony over top of me I am a big fan of art and have the work of my friends across the walls. Feel free to browse my cataloged vintage magazines and books. If you get bored with the written word or had a long day of exploration in NY watch the 60 inch Flatscreen TV on the wall with apple TV. BATHROOM: The brand new bathroom features a stone counter with deep porcelain base. The deep base matches the high tub that dares you not to take a bath in it. KITCHEN: I have an open-space kitchen with a great finished stone counter. Plenty of cabinet space with a self-closing liquor shelf. It comes with plenty of plates, pans and Tupperware for leftovers. For the cleanup you can bypass the manual labor and use the dishwasher. BEDROOM: The bedroom features a Sealy Posturepedic bed with memory foam that will be hard to leave in the morning.. It will also has a large Wardrobe closet PRIVATE OUTDOOR SPACE: Along with the french balcony I also have a private outdoor space on the roof directly above me. Everyone calls it the little suburbs because of its serene feel. It has a full set of furniture and has amazing views of Brooklyn and Manhattan. WASHER/ DRYER: If anyone knows New York these are harder to find than a unicorn in most places. Don't worry about dragging your clothes blocks to find a laundry. BUILDING: The building is a new one that is clean and quiet. Its only 16 units so it has a less industrial human-warehouse feel. SURROUNDING AREA: I live on a nice quiet block that is lucky to be surrounded by a lot of beautiful homes, tree-lined streets and great places to visit. I am a 15 minute walk to the Barclays. A 20 minute walk to the BK museum and the Botanical Garden. A quick train ride to BAM. NOTE: * Like most places in Brooklyn I am on a walkup but once on the 4th floor of my place the view, the sun, and the outdoor deck above is well worth it. Guest access Guests have full access to my place, washer, dryer and upstairs space directly above.
