THIS IS A CRIMINAL OFFENCE. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 》There is NO SMOKING anywhere in the apartment including the small external balcony and enclosed balcony. 》An on-the-spot eviction without refund applies, if you are caught smoking and it is reported back to us or you breach this window disposal rule in any way. 》You will be responsible for any breaches issued to us both financially and legally. 》As per our House Rules, you will be issued with a $1000 fine if any evidence of smoking is found by housekeeping. This is separate to any other financial impact. 》Offenders in breach of either smoking or disposing anything from apartment windows will be reported to authorities and face a penalty of $9000 and prison term. 》We take this very seriously and have ZERO TOLERANCE for guests who put the lives of others at risk. Guest access You will have complete & private access to the entire apartment so please make yourself at home! This includes toiletries, fresh towels, tea, coffee, and kitchen essentials. We also provide a limited number of dishwasher and laundry pods. We provide enough of the above items to get you started and is not intended to last for the duration of your stay. If you run out during your stay, you can reach out to our team to find nearby stores and delivery services. Please reach out for further information if required. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ APARTMENT WINDOW CLEANING ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 》Window cleaning is the Owner's Corporation responsibility. They manage these services according to a set schedule. Unfortunately, we have no control over the state of the external windows at all and apologize in advance if you happen to book at a time where they are in a state that requires cleaning. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ OTHERS ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 》The keys for this apartment are located 450m from the building. This is a 3 minute drive or 7 minute walk. 》For your safety and convenience, please do not use the property's mailbox/letterbox for receiving mail or packages. We recommend using post office parcel lockers instead, as we cannot guarantee mailbox access or security.
