The space CASA BARQUERA has full equipment in lingerie, kitchen implements, satellite TV, wifi internet and water suitable for human consumption thanks to the existing treatment plant on the plot, among other benefits. The house has two large bedrooms, each with its full private bathroom; the first room is equipped with two double beds + a single bed, and the second with three single beds (with the possibility of a queen bed + a simple one); it also has a TV room with a set up bed. It also offers a comfortable living and dining room; kitchen, social bathroom and a spacious internal garden for guests' enjoyment. The house must be taken with the domestic service employee who has a value of COP 90,000/day of service, in addition to the value paid to the platform (they are paid directly to her on the site). She will take care of all the food, based on what the guest supplies, permanent attention to people, and overall maintenance of the house, so that guests can dedicate themselves to enjoying the house and the surroundings throughout the stay. Guest access In the beautiful Cauca river canyon in southwest Antioquia and on the banks of the Cauca River, in the foothills of the western mountain range, guests can enjoy a beautiful setting within the Pueblo Cauca Viejo Plot, an atmosphere that evokes and pays tribute to the golden age of Antioquia's colonial architecture and the life and work of our grandparents; its cobbled streets, the colonial church (replica of the Cathedral of Salamis - Caldas) and its main park, as well as the other exclusive common areas that are within the parcelación, such as the Fonda del Rio (replica of the Villa Station of the old Antioquia Railroad), the trapiche panelero, the three lakes for fishing, ecological trails full of vegetation and fauna typical of the tropical dry forest ecosystem, and areas for picnicking in the midst of beautiful landscapes. Upon arrival at CASA BARQUERA, guests can enjoy a cool house due to its high ceilings, to which they can have access for their enjoyment, of all the private areas of the house, without any exclusion. Other things to note Keep in mind that when entering the subdivision, and by policy of the condominium administration, you must pay $20,000 for each vehicle that enters, which will be used by the administration as a contribution for the maintenance of common areas. In order to make your stay more pleasant and so you can dedicate yourself to enjoying the environment and the company, it is a requirement that you take the house with the domestic service employee, who will be in charge of preparing the food that you bring for yourself and all your guests (breakfast, lunch and dinner), is also in charge of attending to them at all times during the stay (in the pool and in different social areas), cleaning and disinfection, and in general, keeping the environment tidy for a more pleasant stay. We recommend our guests to stroll through the town's streets calmly and without haste (it will be better after 4:30 pm so that the sun is less strong). When walking through it, you can get to know each of its cobbled streets with their respective names of elements and iconic characters in our Antioquian idiosyncrasy; its ditches that evoke the resourcefulness of our ancestors for times where there were no aqueducts like the current ones; the main park, its pool (with stone from Barichara Santander) and its church (replica of the Cathedral of Salamis - Caldas), the town's houses with their characteristic architecture of Antioquian colonization; within the common areas, the trapiche panelero, the Fonda del Río (replica of the Villa del Ferrocarril de Antioquia station) and the imposing Río Cauca, the second most important in Colombia for the more than 1,300 kilometers it travels, the important fauna and flora, in addition to the number of municipalities and departments it crosses and its high flow. On the outskirts of the village, you can walk amidst lush vegetation, imposing kapoks and samanes that provide significant freshness on the ecological trail. Also visit the Cauca Arriba and Cauca Abajo trails, the three lakes that the plot has and get to know the Cruces creek, which represents the boundary between the municipalities of Jericó and Tarso, and allows us to get to know, when crossing its Juan Grillín suspension bridge, the La Ermita district and the El Morro trail.
