The house is very cozy with a barbecue in the backyard. It is 100 meters from Indaiá beach (5-minute walk). It is in a safe condominium of 13 houses of very quiet families. Use of the swimming pool is allowed. 1 parking space. Fast Wi-Fi. Shopping mall nearby. Easy access also to Riviera de São Lourenço (next door) and Bertioga Center. We recommend a beautiful walk to the Indaiá Canton to enjoy the natural pool next to a remnant of the Atlantic Forest. The space The house is very cozy. There are 3 bedrooms (2 en-suites). Backyard with its own barbecue. Swimming pool next to the house. Very quiet. Everything is very neat and clean to welcome our guests for a great experience. Guest access Guests can use the barbecue, swimming pool and all other spaces in the house, following the condominium rules. Other things to note We do not provide bed and bath linens.
