Here's a sampling of what to expect: Sleeping & Bathing: All the 2 beds and Sofa Bed are very comfortable. We have high-quality mattresses with extra linens should you need extra space. Clean and newly finished bathrooms with blow dryers and new towels. Dining: The kitchen is well stocked with nice cooking utensils and all the appliances you would want (Blenders, Kettle, Stools, Cabinets, Chairs, barbecue grill, Cooking Utensils, Cooking Ware, Dining Room, Dish Rack, Dishware, Electric Stove, Filtered Water, Freezer, Ice Maker, Microwave, Oven, Pantry, Paper Towels Provided, Table, Table Utensils, Regular coffee maker, Toaster, Microwave, etc.). We have a beautiful and large dining room table for enjoying meals. Or you can eat outside in our upper floor on the deck while enjoying the sunset. Entertainment: A large television , Lots of board games to enjoy each other's company. and barbecue grill. Internet Access: Surf the internet with our Free High-Speed internet, Wireless Internet and enjoy a movie on Netflix. Check-in / Check-out • Check-in: After 3:00 PM • Check-out: By 11:00 AM • Early check-in/late check-out may be available upon request and approval. 2. No Parties or Events • Parties and events are strictly prohibited. • Only registered guests are allowed on the property. 3. No Smoking • This is a non-smoking property. • Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas. • A cleaning fee of $200 will apply if smoking occurs indoors. 4. No Pets (unless approved) • Pets are not allowed unless previously approved. • A pet fee may apply if allowed. 5. Quiet Hours • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. • Please be respectful of neighbors at all times. 6. Respect the Property • Please keep the property clean and tidy. • Report any damages immediately. • Do not rearrange furniture. 7. Garbage Disposal • Please dispose of trash in the designated bins. • Recycling rules must be followed as posted in the unit. 8. Kitchen Use • Feel free to use the kitchen, but please avoid damaging any kitchen utensils • Do not leave dirty dishes or food out. 9. Parking • Parking is available in the attached garage. • Free parking is available in the compound but do not block driveways or park in restricted areas. 10. Security • Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. • Do not share entry codes with anyone not on the reservation. 11. Utilities • Please turn off lights, heating, and cooling when not in use or when leaving. 12. Additional Guests • Only the numbers of guests listed on the reservation are allowed. • Each additional guest will incur an extra charge of 90 CAD • Unauthorized guests may result in the immediate cancellation of the booking 13. Shoes on the Staircase Carpet Rug. • To maintain cleanliness, we kindly ask guests to avoid stepping on the rug or carpet with shoes. 14. Before Check-out. • Before check-out, please place all used towels, bedsheets, and pillowcases in the washing machine, add some detergent, and run a quick wash cycle.
