My place is good for couples and families (with kids) or up to 4 friends. Family atmosphere... super nice! *It is only 1.8 km from VILA GERMÂNICA. *It is 4 km from the center where the parades take place and the Oktoberfest warm-ups. *There is a SUPERMARKET, pharmacy, gas station, bakery, UNIMED, all of which I mentioned are within 150 meters. entire house air-conditioned, no stress with the heat :) flat location and safe neighborhood. The house has a suite and 1 bedroom that can be used, totaling 2 bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a barbecue area next to the kitchen, a laundry area, and a balcony on the side. The Suite has a KING SIZE DOUBLE bed, air conditioning and TV. And in the bedroom there is 1 SINGLE BED BOX with air conditioning, 1 double mattress for the FLOOR, and 2 single mattresses for the FLOOR... In the kitchen and party area there is also air conditioning, Remembering that messes will not be tolerated by rules and municipal laws in the vicinity of the APARTMENT. Guest access The building is family owned, and very nice, so this apartment is mine, we live next to a green area....you can use 2 bedrooms to sleep, and the mattresses in the bedrooms or living room!
