My place is close to the beach, public transport, tienda caravana, downtown. You’ll love my place because of the decoration, the ambiance, and the island feel in one of the best Residential neighbourhoods of San Andres. It is good for couples, business travelers, and big groups. You can walk to the beach in about 15 minutes or take a taxi and get there on 5 minutes. The price is flexible depending on the number of people, the maximum occupancy is for 10 people. The space It is a 2-story house, 3 rooms, 2 balconies, 1 kitchen and a living room. Every room has a split air conditioner with a remote control. The house accommodates up to 8 people comfortably in 2 double beds, and 4 single beds. In the second floor are the three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a shower (no hot water). The main room has a balcony, tv, small fridge and bathroom. The other 2 rooms share 1 bathroom. In the first floor there is the living room with another balcony, the kitchen with an american bar and dinning table. Guest access The house is rented as a whole and people will get access to all spaces in the house, however only Airbnb guests confirmed in the reservation are allowed inside the house.
