The space On approx. 55 sqm there is: -- 1 living room/bedroom with double bed (180 × 200) 1 sofa (not extendable) 1 TV from here there is direct access to the smaller bathroom with shower -- 1 kitchen-living room with dining table 1 pull-out sofa bed (140 x 200) 1 TV from here there is direct access to the larger bathroom with shower -- there is a private, free parking space at the house Other things to note We are pleased to offer optional bed linen and towels from July 1, 2025. The linen set (bed linen complete/bath towel/hand towel/guest towel) can be booked for 15 euros per person. Please let us know in good time if necessary There is a visitor's tax in Bad Harzburg. This is not included in the booking price and must be paid separately. It is 2.60 euros per night per guest. Children up to and including 17 years are free. In return, you will receive guest cards with which you can use public transport for FREE, and you can also take advantage of other discounts. Check-in/check-out is done by means of a key box.
