On the second floor there are two bedrooms, the main one with mini-split air conditioning and ceiling fan and the second bedroom with mini-split air conditioning and pedestal fan. The space 2-STORY HOUSE: ON THE GROUND FLOOR IS THE COVERED GARAGE WITH ELECTRIC GATE (PARKING FOR 2 MEDIUM-SIZED CARS). AT THE ENTRANCE, A MINI DINETTE WITH 2 HIGH BENCHES. KITCHEN EQUIPPED WITH STOVE, BASIC UTENSILS FOR PREPARING FOOD, COFFEE MAKER, COFFEE, SUGAR. DINING ROOM WITH 4 CHAIRS; FULL BATHROOM WITH ELECTRIC SHOWER; A DOUBLE SOFA BED AND AN INFLATABLE MATTRESS WITH INTEGRATED ELECTRIC PUMP, CABLE TV AND WI-FI INTERNET. PATIO WITH GARDEN TABLE WITH 4 CHAIRS AND A CHARCOAL GRILL. AND THE LAUNDRY. THE BEDROOMS ARE ON THE UPPER FLOOR; THE MAIN BEDROOM HAS A DRESSING ROOM, CEILING FAN AND A/C, QUEEN SIZE BED AND SMART TV. BEDROOM 2 HAS A QUEEN SIZE BED, MINI-SPLIT A/C, PEDESTAL FAN AND A CLOSET. Other things to note The living room, kitchen, and dining room do not have air conditioning, only the bedrooms have 1 mini-split each. The bathroom is on the ground floor and has an electric shower. The cleaning fee is for a deep cleaning upon departure and it is requested to keep it as much as possible. Rational use of the air conditioning is recommended for sleeping (approx. 17 kw per day is granted without charge)
