Everything is perfectly equipped for a few days of relaxation and rest, with family or friends, away from the hustle of the city. The space The house has 3 equipped bedrooms. Bedroom 1 with a double bed, 1 futon, private bathroom and air conditioning; Bedroom 2 with a double bed, 1 bunk bed (2 beds) and air conditioning; Bedroom 3 with 1 bed for 1 1/2 sleeps and 1 bunk bed (2 beds)with a shared bathroom. Dining room for 6 people plus extra table for children. Air conditioning covering dining room and living room and kitchen. Hot water from electric heater, automatic on. From the kitchen there is access to the pool (enabled in the summer season between December and February), a terrace and a quincho set and equipped for grilling and with an external bathroom. The kitchen has a refrigerator, electric oven, microwave, electric kettle, pots and cutlery. Roofed parking for 2 vehicles and 3 extra parking lots in the same sector (without roof). Guest access The place has covered parking inside. 2 indoor vehicles fit and at least 3 more in unroofed parking. The house is located next to the main road, you do not have to enter through any passage or alternative street. The enclosure is completely closed and to move to Santa Cruz and surroundings it is necessary to use own and/or public transport that constantly passes outside the house.
