Olinda Historic Site House

The house is NOT shared, it is exclusively for couples. Close to commerce, bakery, restaurants, taxi, bus, pharmacy, within the historic site, easy exit to everywhere, close to the restaurant Oficina do Sabor, Bodega do Véio, Barrio café and tavern, Alto da Sé where there are the famous tapiocas. The space The house is new in everything, it was completely renovated in 2017, electrical and hydraulic installations, porcelain floor, bedroom with new air-conditioning of 12,000 btus, bed and bath linens, complete kitchen with dishwasher, service area integrated with the kitchen, internal garden, backyard with mango and caja fruit trees, airy and clear environment from the entrance to the backyard. Guest access The house is not shared with other guests, has an indoor garden and backyard. Other things to note We will always be at your disposal to improve your stay, guests are NOT allowed to sublet, make events, be they: photo rehearsals, movies, public or private parties with or without music, couples meetings, culinary events, without permission and previously agreed with the owner. The house is not shared with other guests. It is not allowed for filming, recording, programs of any nature, and EXCLUSIVE TO COUPLES. Pets are not allowed, we have had problems with people who are allergic to fur.
