Guest access Guests can access all indoor & outdoor spaces except the Kitchen. We have a good cook to take care of all your meal requirements and hence kitchen access is denied. Guests can access the kitchen for cooking baby meals for infants. Other things to note - Security Deposit: ₹ 3000 per room - The bathtub is available only in 1 of the bedrooms. - The terrace is restricted from 9 pm to 6 am. - 4 cars can be parked free of any additional charges. - Villa amenities include a den, TV, backyard, swimming pool, and WiFi. - Pet charges of INR 800 + GST are applicable per pet, per day. - CCTV cameras are installed in the verandah, by the swimming pool, and in the parking area. - Your comfort and safety are our top priorities. As the monsoon season approaches and coastal winds sweep through Alibaug, occasional power fluctuations or outages may occur due to weather conditions or regional restrictions. - In the event of a power interruption, our reliable generator backup will be switched on promptly to ensure minimal inconvenience. Please note the following: Diesel charges will apply after 8 hours of generator usage, at the rate of ₹800 per hour thereafter. - Maintenance Breaks: To prevent overheating and ensure smooth operation, the generator must be switched off for 30 minutes after every 2 hours of continuous use. - Power Conservation: During backup power periods, we kindly request guests to refrain from using high-power-consuming appliances such as air conditioners and geysers, so that the system remains stable for everyone’s comfort. - While our team will be on standby to assist during such instances, we appreciate your understanding that power outages due to external factors are beyond our control.
