The space This architecturally designed retreat welcomes you with lush garden surrounds and a seamless flow between the indoor living area and the outdoor entertaining terrace. Inside, the main living area is designed for relaxation with a TV, built-in cabinetry, and stylish furnishings. For those needing to stay productive, a dedicated workspace is thoughtfully integrated into the living zone. Upstairs, a second lounge offers a peaceful retreat with leafy treetop views. The sleek kitchen is a chef’s delight, complete with stone benchtops, a double-door fridge, modern appliances, and a barista-quality coffee machine. Enjoy casual mornings at the breakfast bar or gather around the formal dining table for eight. For an alfresco experience, step onto the timber deck and fire up the BBQ—then savour your meal at the shaded dining area beside the shimmering pool, the perfect spot to catch Darwin’s breathtaking sunsets. The second and third bedrooms each include a queen bed, with the second enjoying balcony access and ocean vistas. The fourth bedroom is ideal for kids or friends, set with two king singles that can be configured as a king upon request. These rooms share the modern main bathroom upstairs, while a second full bathroom is located on the ground floor. For added convenience, a full laundry is provided with a washing machine, outdoor drying space, and ironing facilities to help you stay on top of your routine. Ceiling fans and split-system air conditioning throughout the home ensure year-round comfort. Family-friendly options like cots, high chairs and extra children's beds are available for an extra fee upon request, three days before your arrival. Entry is through a secure gated driveway, with generous covered parking for up to five vehicles. Guest access During your stay, you and your group will have the entire villa to yourself. For stays over 14 nights, please note the additional mandatory fees: - Cleaning Bond: $500 to cover deep cleaning after your stay. - Mid-Stay Cleaning: Provided every 2 weeks at $280 per cleaning.
