Accommodations: 1 suite with TV and 2 bedrooms all with Split, 1st floor with split, equipped kitchen. 58" TV, Disney, Netflix, 500 MB Internet. 2 parking spaces. SPA 11 jets with heater, accommodates up to 5 adults, with 2 chromotherapy points, covered barbecue. THE ENTIRE HOUSE IS AIR-CONDITIONED. Close to the Walkway (which connects to the Central beach) and the wild beaches Laranjeiras, Taquaras, Estaleiro. The space It is also close to bakeries, supermarkets, pharmacies, a lottery and the Barra walkway, a tourist spot in the city. The townhouse has two floors, the bedrooms are upstairs, total privacy. The 58" TV, with external antenna, Globo, etc. Guests can watch their series and movies on NETFLIX and Disney, already paid for, and 500 mega INTERNET :) The back area is pleasant and relaxing, covered with transparent acrylic to better enjoy a quiet environment, with a modern SPA and indoor garden. Perfect to use and rest after a day at the beach. We also offer 1 new Caloi Vulcan MTB bicycle, 21 gears, for those who want to enjoy the 7 km of bike path on the edge of Balneário Camboriú, which was voted one of the best cities to pedal, if you want, just ask. We've lived here for 11 years, we love this place, and I'm sure you'll enjoy this paradise too :) Guest access Access to the total area of the property of about 170 square meters, 130 meters of which is covered area. Other things to note Beach access: - 1 km from the Barra Walkway to access Barra Sul beach - 3 km via the coastal road to access downtown Balneário Camboriú (no need to take the BR-101) - 3 km from the wild beaches (Laranjeiras, Estaleiro, Estaleirinho and Taquaras) Easy access to anywhere in Balneário Camboriú via the east coastal road, no need to enter BR 101.
