Enjoy your stay in this beautiful and modern apartment located in the very heart of Yerevan, on Abovyan Street, surrounded by trendy cafes, restaurants, shops and all the main attractions. Abovyan Street is the only place where 19th century buildings have been preserved. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, there is no elevator in the house The space WHAT WE HAVE Items we provide include bed linen, towels (no bathrobe, no slippers), liquid soap (no shampoo), washing powder, toilet paper, iron, hair dryer and kitchen utensils (no spices). All supplies are provided once at the beginning of your stay. If you need to change linen and towels during your stay, you can order it additionally for an extra $10 per set, an additional set will cost $15. Cleaning during the stay is available for an extra charge. ✧ IF MORE THAN 2 GUESTS If you specify more than 2 guests, the price will include an extra set of linen and towels for the sofa. Other things to note ✧ CHECK-IN, LUGGAGE STORAGE The earliest check-in time is 3pm and the latest check-out time is 11am. You can also check in/out in the evening/night. Unfortunately, there are no lockers or luggage storage in our apartment. Therefore, if there is a discrepancy between your travel schedule and our check-in/check-out hours, consider booking an extra day.
