Beautiful wooded lot on 6 acres, located in the heart of wine country. We are within a few miles of beautiful Lake Michigan beaches, golf courses, and hiking trails in the dunes and woods. Unique restaurants, breweries, and coffee shops nearby. Two bedrooms, family room with fireplace, living room with piano, fully stocked kitchen, dining table for 6, bathroom with tub and shower, laundry room, finished basement with a double bed and fireplace, pong pong, outdoor deck with plenty of furniture, patio with fire pit, garden, berries, and woods with a wildlife walking trail. You have use of the entire home, except one locked room where we keep our personal items, and the unfinished half of the basement that we use for storage. We have a limit of 6 guests. No extra guests are allowed at any time. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property. Thank you. You have the home to yourselves. We live there, but will not be around while you are staying. In the country, but close to everything. Lots of privacy on 6 acres surrounded by pine trees on all sides. We have woods with a walking trail, a great swing, yard games (corn hole, bocci, giant jenga), a patio with a fire pit / wood provided, roasting forks, a gas grill, and a closet full of board games.
