Our large, 2,000 square foot, three bedroom home is on a 2 1/2 acre parcel with a wrap around porch where you can BBQ and eat while enjoying the view of mountains to the east and the local animal and bird life all around. The Sacramento River is a 3 minute drive away with boat ramp access. We are a five minute drive to the Paynes Creek Recreational Area and BLM lands with boundless acres of hiking and horse trails.
