Newly built five-apartment accommodation in the heart of Siófok, on the Golden Coast, within walking distance (3 minutes) from the beach of Lake Balaton and the Petőfi promenade (clubs, bars, restaurants). We offer four-season luxury apartments with two bedrooms. In the garden, there is a large swimming pool and an open-air, equipped kitchen with bar counter and barbecue facilities, which are perfect additions to your vacation. In winter, a sauna house awaits our guests. The space The building complex is located in a private environment, in a quiet street with little traffic, yet in a central location, on Siófok's most beautiful street, with high trees and stunning canopies. The apartments has: two bedrooms (1-1 double bed), living room (with sofa bed), kitchen, bathroom, terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern machines and tools. There is a smart TV in the living room, for which we provide our guests a Netflix subscription for free (no satellite TV channels). One parking spot in from of the building is provided free of charge per apartment. WIFI network is available free of charge in all apartments and in the garden. Our outdoor kitchen is located in the garden, right next to the pool. It is equipped with comfortable seating area in the shade, a grill, a gas stool, and a sink, which our guests can use freely. We also provide sunbeds by the pool. About the surroundings: B72 Residence is located in the most popular part of Siófok, on the Golden Beach. Everything that is an important destination for our guests during their vacation is within walking distance: beach, restaurants and program options, Petőfi promenade, the famous party district of Siófok, the Ferris wheel, the city center can be reached with a maximum of 5 minutes' walk. Guest access The apartment and its terrace are for private use. We can provide one parking space per apartment. The garden, pool, outdoor kitchen are shared with the other four apartments.
