Located in the heart of Puerto Vallarta's downtown, this historic building was one of Vallarta's first hotels dating back to the 1950's. It is situated within a block of the beach, boardwalk (malecon), main plaza, iconic church and is surrounded by galleries, restaurants, and boutiques. This 3rd floor studio has been renovated to offer a small, charming space that includes a gated entrance, kitchenette, and a balcony with views of the church, downtown, and tropical mountain backdrop. The space This space is 200 square feet and has been renovated to include a small kitchenette, air conditioning, and hot water. A full size futon bed sleeps 2 and can double as a sofa during the day. The kitchenette is fully outfitted and has a single burner induction stove and bar fridge. A small dining area offers seating for 2. The balcony boasts incredible views of the city and mountains. If traveling with others, we have several other studios listed in the building as well. Just ask and we can send the links of apartments available during your dates.
