THE WOODPECKERS IS SITUATED IN ALRESFORD ESSEX The Woodpeckers is a private annexe with its own entrance and patio featuring a charcoal BBQ. Inside, there's a fully fitted kitchen with a dishwasher, electric oven, fridge, kettle, and microwave, along with provided tea and coffee. The lounge includes a smart 40-inch TV and a convertible sofa bed. The bedroom has a king-size zip-link bed that can be split into two singles upon request. We are also happy to discount longer stays for workers. The space Please note: There is no hottub included. The Woodpeckers is attached to our house, so you may hear general family noise. It is also situated next to the road, which means traffic noise can be heard as well. This accommodation is suitable for 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child. Please remember to bring your own towels for the pool. Brightlingsea Beach, which is dog-friendly, and Wivenhoe Town and Essex University are a 10-minute drive away. There are many dog-friendly pubs in both Wivenhoe and Brightlingsea. Additionally, there is a local pub just a 5-minute walk away that welcomes dogs. Guest access Enjoy a private patio area featuring a charcoal BBQ, along with an outdoor garden table and chairs. There is private parking available on the driveway. The shared swimming pool is accessible from mid-May to mid-September, weather permitting, between 10 AM and 4 PM. Please remember to bring your own towels for the pool. Other things to note The Woodpeckers is attached to our house, and while you may hear some general traffic noise from outside, we strive to create a comfortable environment for our guests. We kindly ask that you bring your own towels for the pool during your stay. The hottub is NOT included at this accommodation. This can be booked at my other listing called "Woodpeckers " if required. The Woodpeckers can accommodate up to three adults or two adults and one child on a double sofa bed in the lounge. We encourage everyone to enjoy their time here, but as this is both our home and a residence for our neighbours, we ask that noise levels be kept at a sociable level.
