Rental unit in Mexico City

It is a spacious room, with lots of ventilation, it has a window overlooking the courtyard and it is very nice because it is a building from the 40's (Renato Leducq lived here!) It has a double bed, a bureau, a closet and a work table. The decor is very cozy, quiet and very peaceful, especially when sleeping. Come visit the neighborhood very close to the historic center and with a lot of history to tell. The space Your room is located inside a very quiet apartment that you will share (the apartment), only with me and my two kittens (it is important that you know this in case you are allergic or do not like them). In your room there is a double bed, it has windows overlooking the interior patio that we have with many plants. You will also have your own set of keys so that you can come and go freely, although as a result of the pandemic we will have basic protocols such as: Taking off your shoes at the entrance of the apartment, washing your hands, using alcohol gel, when we live together it is essential that you wear your mask, ideally that you are vaccinated as I am. You can use all the common areas, cook your own food, as long as you leave everything in order and clean. We have a washing machine, so you can wash your clothes, using your own soap and softener supplies. If you do not apply a cleaning fee and your stay is per week, I will only enter your room for basic cleaning and change of sheets once a week. If your stay is longer, cleaning is charged once a week. You will always have internet as I also work from home on many occasions. We only have basic rules: keep the kitchen with your dishes clean, the kittens cannot go out for any reason, no use of incense, tranquility and a lot of good vibes. I hope that if you choose me as an option, your stay will be nice and you will have a good time feeling at home. Guest access The building does not have parking, however, I can check the prices either per day or month in the nearby guesthouses. It is not advisable to leave your car on the street anywhere in the city. In the neighborhood we have the iconic Moorish kiosk, our best-kept jewel, and it's just three blocks from here. We have a wide variety of cafes around the area, delicious breads, Russian, Japanese, Mexican-Oaxacan food and certainly very good places for you to have a beer and enjoy our neighborhood. Downtown is super close to you, which if you don't know it, is the best thing you can get to know since it contains a lot of history to tell you. Downtown is 15 minutes from here by subway, metrobus and about 25 minutes on foot. If you have a bike, you'll definitely get around better! You can park it in the courtyard inside the apartment. During your stay The independence and tranquility of the guests is always important, but if you need help, I will be happy to support you. I live in the apartment so count on me for any help. Other things to note It's important to know that I have two kittens, the person who stays has to be petfriendly and have deep respect and love for life. They'll thank you too. We do NOT have parties during your stay for the comfort of both guests and neighbors who are always very quiet. I forgot to tell you that you also have shopping malls, Walmart, a market and local shops for the purchases you need. The price of the accommodation is per person and I only accommodate one person at a time.
