Guest access You can use the entire property with its green areas, except for the storage rooms, the machine room where the boiler is located, and the water heaters. These can only be handled by the staff or as previously agreed with the host. The laundry area can be used, but the operation of the washing machine is not guaranteed. This must be requested in advance, and the guest must bring their own supplies or request a charge of $100 pesos for each load of laundry. We are surrounded by a Protected Ecological Zone, so the presence and migration of insects of any kind are normal, and we cannot be held responsible for this or for the presence of such insects, including the San Juan ant season at the beginning of the rainy season and/or other animals such as bats, opossums, rabbits, bees, grasshoppers, beetles, etc., which are part of and necessary to the same ecosystem of the lake and its surroundings.
