The lot is on a beach front with long Time cottage renters on either side, there is an empty trailer and empty old cottage you go past to see the tipi and beach you drive down a long lane past the owners house and if you can mention what car your driving that will help us make sure uninvited guests don’t bother you:) Inside the 16 foot tipi you will find a queen bed and duvet, a twin bed and duvet with an extra 4” foam, a mini fridge, plates, knives, forks, coffee cups, French press, coffee, sugar, two fleece throws, tea towels, an outdoor washbasin, bbq and outdoor stove, the fire pit is a basic rim, and dry fire wood is provided for campfires. Pets aren’t recommended as the lot is not fenced in.
