The lot is on a beach front with long Time cottage renters on either side, there is an empty trailer and empty old cottage you go past to see the tipi and beach you drive down a long lane past the owners house and if you can mention what car your driving that will help us make sure uninvited guests don’t bother you:) Inside the 16 foot tipi you will find a queen bed and duvet, a twin bed and duvet with an extra 4” foam, a mini fridge, plates, knives, forks, coffee cups, French press, coffee, sugar, two fleece throws, tea towels, an outdoor washbasin, bbq and outdoor stove, the fire pit is a basic rim, and dry fire wood is provided for campfires. Pets aren’t recommended as the lot is not fenced in. Small dogs on a leash are ok, neighbors are 75 ft on either side Guest access Sand beach, private lane, portapotty, Other things to note Please note the address from GPS is inaccurate it would be that number but you still have to follow our directions, starting from the first photo in the check in guide. If unsure please text! It’s not far from us and we don’t mind showing you. It’s comfortable camping, but still camping, please bring water of your choice, or refill the reusable jug provided at water station in Mindemoya Foodland. If it he weather looks stormy during your stay, there may be some water entering the tipi from the center poles during heavy rain.
