New AC System - KING size bed and a queen wall bed - Reclining couch and chair. Our families always vacationed in the Corpus Christi area and we have made it our home. The condo is a quiet getaway on the canals that represents the island lifestyle (including furry family members). WIFI - for business, school, or entertainment. The space Located on the second floor (only stair access) with a water view and a private balcony to enjoy the evening watching boats on the main canal. It can sleep a family of 4 (king bed and queen wall bed both quality mattresses), full kitchen (stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, etc.), bathroom (shower with detachable shower head/tub), and washer/dryer. Guest access The entire space is for your use. We live a short distance away and if anything is missing we will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests. You will be given a code upon check in to use to come and go so no worry about losing a key or being charged. Other things to note I provide all linens (bedding and bathroom towels). Beach towels or dog towels can be provided if requested. If you are looking to rent a golf cart, kayak, or need a fishing guide please ask as we have local contacts. We have a TESLA Charger at our home a minute away for any guests to charge their vehicles on the island for a fee. Holiday weekends require 3 night stay minimum. If you plan on bringing a boat, trailers are not allowed in the parking lot by the Home Owners Association and will be towed. However trailer parking on the street is allowed and there are areas near by that the trailer can be stored during your stay. HEB is the grocery store off Waldron before you get on the island, however we do have the new Island Market Grocery Store as well as convenience stores (CVS, Dollar General, and Stripes) that have necessities.
