The space There are: 3 floors 1st floor: Indoor swimming pool, bathroom and sauna 2nd floor: Hall, kitchen, bathroom, living room and dining room with a Fireplace! 3rd floor: 3 bedrooms, sunroom and additional bathroom Also you also get a free parking space, beautiful garden, summer veranda-gazebo (these are not shared with Villa Hills 2) outdoor swimming pool with jacuzzi and barbeque zone (these are shared with Villa Hills 2). Notice: The administrator will reside in a separate building within Villa Hills 1&2 for assistance and security purposes. Feel free to ask any questions! Guest access You get a full access to everything inside Villa Hills 1 and shared access to barbeque zone & outdoor swimming pool.
