The room is in the same villa as the owners, where two more accommodation suites are located. On the other side of the same plot is located a vacation home for 5 people with the possibility of being rented. The space The suite (28 m2), cozy and well decorated, sleeps 3 people and has a private entrance. The room offers all the necessary comfort and luxury: a queen bed, a single bed, split air conditioning, ceiling fan, bed and bath linens, tv-sky, free wifi, minibar, nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, 110 and 220 sockets, private bathroom and private balcony with hammock. We also offer breakfast (included in the price), a large garden and a 15mts long swimming pool, being shared with the other homes. Private parking for 4 cars, with a space reserved for the Gaston-Albert suite Entrance through the electronic gate, from which the guest will receive control for use during their stay and convenience. The stay is ideal for couples or friends who appreciate peace, nature and tranquility. The house is located in the residential neighborhood of the city, 1 km away from the center (historic), restaurants, supermarkets and the ferry crossing to go to the beach.
