The newly renovated suite is located on a beautiful property (Jardim Boêmio) located in Retiro das Caravelas (the city's upscale neighborhood) 250 meters from the sea and 750 meters from downtown, on a closed plot of 4,000 m2, ensuring privacy and security. The room is in the same house as the owners, where there are two more guest suites. On the other side of the same plot, there is a vacation home for 5 people that can be rented. The space The suite (28 m2), cozy and well decorated, accommodates 3 people and has a private entrance. The room offers all the necessary comfort and luxury: a queen bed, a single bed, split air conditioning, ceiling fan, bed and bath linens, Sky TV, free Wi-Fi, minibar, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, 110 and 220 outlets, private bathroom and private balcony with a hammock. We also offer breakfast (included in the price), a large garden and a 15-meter-long swimming pool, shared with the other guests. Private parking for 4 cars, one space reserved for the Gaston-Albert suite Entrance through the electronic gate, for which the guest will receive the remote control for use during their stay and convenience. The stay is ideal for couples or friends who enjoy peace, nature and tranquility. The house is located in the residential neighborhood of the city, 1 km away from the (historic) center, restaurants, supermarkets and the ferry crossing to go to the beach. Guest access Access to the pool, terraces (equipped with sun loungers), the garden and a parking space. Access to the other premises of the owners' residence will not be available.
