You will find a the Oceanside private covered patio across the entire back of the villa, uncovered patio complete with a BBQ Grill, additional dining space, hammock, comfortable patio furniture, direct access to the seashore perfect for relaxing in sunny Rincón! Guest access Private access, with 2 assigned parking spaces located directly out front. Guests of Sunset Paradise Villas can enjoy the infinity swimming pool located upstairs, at Villa 3 shared rooftop terrace. This is the ideal place to enjoy the stunning Ocean and Sunsets view. The property also enjoys direct access to the sea shore. Other things to note The shore of our beach is constantly changing, sometimes it has a lot of sand and sometimes the level drops. But the water is always crystal clear, the bottom is sandy, excellent for bathing, swimming and water sports. Usually the water is calm, but in occasions where the sea is affected by some weather system. When the sand level drops and access from the property is difficult, we have a sandy beach right next to the property. You don't need to take the car to get there. You could book the whole Villa 2, Villa Ada together with Villa Gloria (upper level) to make it a five-bedroom cozy and comfortable Villa for 10 guests. Sunset Paradise Villas counts on eight villas, that can be booked separately or in combination, fitting maximum 50 guests. This is the perfect location for holidays as well as to organize an event.
