We are Jean, Florence and our dog Tiago. We welcome you to our fully renovated former outbuilding. Located at the gates of Périgueux, close to the shops of Marsac-sur-l'Isle and Chancelade, the Voie Verte and the GR, the Maisonette is a charming 45 m² duplex. Everything has been thought out for your comfort: bedding, appliances, private sauna and outdoor table under pergola. As hosts, we make sure to be both available and discreet. The space Entrance: The entrance is independent and autonomous, with free parking available. Access is also possible from the garden level. Kitchen: A functional and equipped kitchen. Bedroom: A pleasant room open to the bathroom/sauna area with high quality bedding measuring 160 x 200 cm. A space is dedicated to teleworking. Bathroom: The bathroom consists of a walk-in shower, infrared sauna and separate toilet. Yard: Access to our garden is free. You'll meet our adorable dog Tiago there. A pergola adjoining the vacation rental and a large wooden table will allow you to dine outdoors, in complete privacy. For the summer, a solar shower, deckchairs and hammocks can be provided. Traveling with your dog and need to go out without him? We also have a 200 m² fenced park with a large niche in case of bad weather. Other things to note If you come with your pet, please do not leave it unattended in the cottage. We have a large fenced park at the top of the property with shaded areas, shelters and a water bowl.
