Located in the heart of the Champsaur ski resorts, the house is perfectly suited for stays with family or friends, summer and winter, with activities nearby. The space With an area of about 300 m², the house has been designed to comfortably accommodate large groups, while preserving the privacy of each. The living spaces are spacious, warm and friendly, ideal for quiet and rejuvenating stays. On the ground floor you will find a spacious and friendly living room, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, suitable for large groups. Upstairs, the house has 4 bedrooms, 2 of which have a private bathroom and toilet. A second level offers 3 additional bedrooms with shower room and private toilet. The multi-level configuration allows everyone to enjoy their space while maintaining a warm and family atmosphere. Outside, you will enjoy the 6-seater high-end Jacuzzi, the outdoor swimming pool (summer period) and the south-facing terrace with unobstructed views of the mountains, in a natural and peaceful environment. Bath towels are included. For short stays, bedding is offered as an option, via a room pack for €20. With more than 25 years of experience, it guarantees you an organized, serene stay that perfectly meets your expectations. Other things to note In order to guarantee the smooth running of the stay and the quality of the equipment, a deposit check of €2,000, not cashed, is requested upon arrival and delivered by hand. It covers the house and hot tub. End-of-stay cleaning is offered as an option and to be paid on site. When this option is not subscribed, a cleaning deposit of €150 will be requested to guarantee a compliant return of the accommodation. Security deposit checks are returned after the exit inventory, subject to compliance. The house is intended for friendly, respectful and relaxing stays.
