Pedacinho do Céu country house

It is located 10 km from downtown Pomerode, where most of the city's tourist attractions are located. The access road is almost completely paved. The site has ample space with private entrance and parking lots and has a brick house surrounded by gardens, orchards, streams and ponds and a vast green area with springs that cross the site. The leisure area has a barbecue, wood-fired oven and a fire pit. Next to it is the swimming pool with plenty of room for sunbathing. The space The house has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed and a trundle bed. The living room and kitchen are integrated. It has 2 bathrooms, one of which is external, a service area and a party area. Below is a description of what is included in each room: -In the bedrooms: sheets, blankets, pillows, fans and a Penguin (portable air-conditioner); -In the bathroom: bath and face towels, floor mats and floor, toilet paper, liquid soap in the sink and a bath soap. -In the kitchen: dishes, glasses, cups, cutlery, pots, pots, blender, fruit squeezer, electric kettle, electric coffee maker, mixer, microprocessor, sandwich maker, fruit centrifuge. It is equipped with a gas table stove, an electric oven and a wood stove. We don't provide the firewood. If you need it, we can indicate a supplier or we have it for sale at R$25.00 per bag. We also provide dish towels, detergent, sponge, vinegar and cooking salt. - In the living room: fireplace, Smart TV, DVD player with several movies, open channels, 2 sofas, complete fondue set (for winter). -In the laundry room: washing machine, sink, ironing board, electric iron, bucket, brooms, squeegee, cleaning cloths, clothesline and clothespins. - Outside: in addition to the garden, orchard, streams and ponds, we offer: a two-burner electric stove, barbecue with grill and skewers (BRING CHARCOAL), wood-fired oven (we DO NOT provide wood for the oven), pool with table, chairs and umbrella, ping-pong table with racket, balls and net. Guest access In addition to the entire structure of the house and the party area, guests have access to gardens, ponds, streams, orchard, vegetable garden, swimming pool, and preserved green area. Other things to note Almost all access is paved, of which 700 meters are uphill. As it is a farm, there are animals and insects such as spiders, snakes, toads, frogs, etc.
