Residential condominium with 4 houses for rent in Florianópolis, we have a good space, complete house with shared pool, parking in the yard for 2 cars. The house is 500 meters from Lagoinha Beach, a 6-minute walk. The space The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 double bedrooms with a double bed and air-conditioning, another bedroom with three single beds with a fan, 2 bathrooms, a living room with a kitchen, and an open area with a barbecue and table. Guest access The guest will have access to the shared pool in the courtyard next door. Other things to note We accept a maximum of 7 people. Pool hours are from 9:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
