2-bedroom apartment in a private condominium, on the main avenue in front of the beach, 4 swimming pools (1 heated), playground area for children, lots of greenery, good location, close to the bakery, supermarket, pharmacy and restaurants. The house has a barbecue on the balcony, an equipped kitchen, air-conditioning in the bedrooms and living room.Cable TV, Wi-Fi internet and 1 parking space. We do not offer bed and bath linens, guests must bring their own. Other things to note For a great stay, follow the house rules: - The flat comfortably accommodates up to 6 adults + 2 children, no more people are allowed - We do not provide bed and bath linens, please bring them - In the condominium, there is 1 parking space per apartment; the space is free, and you can park wherever there is an available space - Quiet hours: from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Please obey the rule to avoid a fine (the fine is R$ 1,500 for those who break the rule)!! Soundbox on the balcony until 10 p.m. only. From this time on, we recommend keeping the sound low indoors. - No parties allowed in the flat - Smoking is not allowed inside the flat - Garbage collection: garbage must be placed in the cans scattered around the condominium.
