Come to experience the beauty of the Ecuadorian countryside and be close to landmarks like Baños (2 hours), Quilotoa (45 minutes), Saquisili market (20 minutes), Cotopaxi (30 minutes) and more. We offer 3 family and 2 individual suites and guests will be free to use the common areas like the dining hall, living area or visit the animals and crops. Your stay includes breakfast and afternoon coffee. The space The farm is located in barrio La Merced just 10 minutes outside of Pujilí. We have wonderful views of Ilinizas, Cotopaxi, and Tungurahua. We have a large collection of antiques, old farm equipment and tools that were used in the area. We have a large living space with a big fireplace, a big dining area, a fully equipped kitchen perfect if you have a big group or for a party. We offer breakfast and afternoon coffee for our guests and can also prepare meals for an extra fee. Alfalfa is our main crop but we also have a vegetable garden, fruit trees, sheep, chickens, rabbits, and guinea pigs, if you wish we would be happy to take you along and show you how everything works. Guest access Guest will have their own room that opens to a courtyard. There is plenty of parking if you come by car, taxis costs around $2 dollars from the plaza or $0.35 for the bus that comes every half an hour. Guests are allowed to use the common areas that include dining area, living space and are free to visit the rest of the farm, gardens, and animals. During your stay This is our home and we ask you to not visit the main house, but the rest of the farm is available. Me, my mother (Norma) or Raul (caretaker) are here all the time to help with what you might need. I speak English and Spanish fluently. We will be there to serve you breakfast and an afternoon snack or cafecito. Day trips and meals can be arranged for an extra fee. Other things to note Our farm is next to a school, Delia Ibarra de Velasco, during the day you might hear the kids play or the marching band. We have guard dogs in the farm and you will need to be introduced. If you bring your pet, please keep a close eye on them to avoid any problems.
