Book now and enjoy this little piece of Japan. The space HomeBase is a 5-storey mixed-use building in the borough of Kapitolyo, Pasig. It is a stone's throw away (5-min drive) from Bonifacio Global City, a large high-end commercial district, (5-min drive) from Capitol Commons and Estancia Mall, and 15-20 minutes away from the Ortigas Business District. We've created each room to be self-contained, private, and safe with its own digital lock, full-sized toilet & bath, dedicated work space, and sleeping arrangements for up to 2 or 3 people depending on the room. It's the perfect place for staycations as each room has its own kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave, unlimited WiFi, and hidden pullout seating under the bed. (Our Ōkī rooms also have a 55" Smart TV with Netflix!) You'll also enjoy a more kitted-out kitchen space in our common pantry. This property is also professionally managed and cleaned, with on-site security, maintenance, and housekeeping. For those who love design, you'll love the minimalist, Japanese aesthetic with plenty of storage spaces and exercises in simple design. You'll also notice the bare aesthetic as we were inspired by both brutalist architecture and Muji, so we went ahead and made use of polished concrete, birch plywood, polycarbonate sheeting, and real wood blinds. Everything in the room is custom which makes this an incredibly unique space! Our property has commercial spaces on the ground and second floor and parking is available at the basement level. We use carlifts to create 14 parking spaces within our 270sqm property available for free for our guests. Guest access We've made access easy to guests via 2 separate staircases in the building and a passenger elevator. Common areas are open to guests and customers of the building. The ground floor has the al fresco and the small bleacher seating facing the street. Only guests are allowed to access the balconies on the 3rd to 5th floor and the common pantry on the 4th floor. For parking, there are 14 slots available in the basement via carlift. Bicycle parking is available on the ground floor. Ride hailing such as Grab, Angkas or Joyride as well as Taxis are pretty easy to get by in this area. IMPORTANT NOTE FOR CARS, our basement parking can only accommodate cars with the following dimensions: Minimum 160mm ground clearance Maximum 1.90m height Maximum 1.85m width Other things to note There's no end to nearby places to shop, dine and enjoy a night out. Here's a list of them: 1. Just right across the borough is Capitol Commons, which has a small park and Estancia Mall. 2. At Ortigas business district, there is SM Megamall, Podium Mall, and EDSA Shang Gri La. 3. In Bonifacio Global City will be Uptown Mall, Bonifacio High Street, Serendra, and SM Aura Premier. Meanwhile, in Kapitolyo itself, there are plenty of restaurants to choose from as well as essential services such as laundromats and medical services. You may want to check out Ace Water Spa as well - it is a huge bathing facility. A security guard is also posted on a daily basis. Housekeeping and maintenance: Housekeeping and maintenance staff as well as office staff are posted on a morning and afternoon shift on-site.
