IMPORTANT! ---read the full description before completing your booking --- The house is on the first floor; it has a suite with a private balcony and tree views. The suite has a fan and hot shower, individual entrance. Bed and bath linens are provided. We are located 10 minutes from Porto de Cima beach, close to trails, markets, pharmacies and shops. The space We have a lot of green areas, wild animals (birds, insects, etc.) and cats that live in the owners' residence and like to visit the tenants. We are animal lovers, so we hope that whoever comes here to stay is too. Because we are located in a place with many trees and plants, we also have a little moisture on the outside of the house, and it is common to find some spots with moss and worn parts. Nothing that will make your experience less than the most positive possible! Íris house is your seasonal corner in the woods. But... we also have human neighbors. We're also close to everything. Trails, beaches, Fonte do Céu, markets, stores. If you want to spend a few days on the hill in a simple place, with lots of greenery around and at an affordable price, come here! We all live in perfect harmony, but we still fumigate the space and offer insecticide; 2. Possible and temporary construction noise that can be negotiated with the owners during your stay (ask if there is any construction in the area before completing the reservation); 3. The house is 10 minutes from the main village and is not in the village or on the beach, but in the Lagoa neighborhood, an inhabited neighborhood, with neighbors and transportation that passes nearby.
