In town, yet feels like you are on the farm. Only minutes from the lovely beaches and historic uptown and downtown. 30 day minimum. Sorry no pets, no smoking, no events allowed. The space 3 story beautifully restored Victorian home built in 1910. Guest access The entire house is for you and your family. Please use the yard on the garden/patio side of the house. Extra guest charge for overnight stays. Please check for pricing. Other things to note It is a pet, smoke and shoe free home. Please leave pets at home and leave shoes at the door. Please bring extra warm clothes and layers even in the summer. Maritime NW weather is cool in the evenings and sometimes during the day. Owner lives on the property. Events/Parties: There are absolutely no events or parties of over 8 people allowed on the premises. Quiet time: 8 p.m. - 8 a.m. This is to respect of our neighbors in this quiet neighborhood. Guests: Any extra guests will be charged $10/person/night. Please let us know in advance if you will be having any overnight guests and what nights they will be staying. Only 8 overnight guests, including tenants, are allowed. Registered guest takes full responsibility of all guests, including visiting guests. Parking: Two vehicles maximum. No RV's. Pets: Sorry, no pets are allowed on the property Shoes: Please remove all shoes before entering the house. Smoking: There is no smoking in the house or on the property. Guests reimburse host for power bill if staying from Sept.- May.
