The space The apartments are located in the GOLD COAST building, LOTTE MART Address: 01 Tran Hung Dao Street, Loc Tho, Nha Trang City We offer the services: 1. Airport transfer service (car 4-7-16 seats, cost will depend on the time of use) 2. Cleaning every 3 days for free 3. Change towels every day and clean the garbage upon request (Please inform us in advance from 8am – before 17h daily). 4. Complimentary welcome drinking water. Our apartment/ room has the following facilities: 1. Fully equipped kitchen for cooking, dining table. 2. Bathrooms: Hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel, hand wash, towels, bathroom mats, toothbrushes and toothpaste. 3. Living room: Comfortable sofa with 55 inches Smart TV, working table and chair. 4. Bedroom: 1 King size bed with white linens, iron and hangers. 6. High-speed Wifi ( 85mbps ). 7. Washing machine 8. Hanger on the floor for the sun on the floor. Guest access Guest access 1 . At the request of the local Police please share with us the passport/TEMPORARY TEMPORARY RESIDENCE document ( IF ANY) (note: ID must be valid). We need to register during your stay. 2. Just let us know if you have any special requirements or need to check in early and we will try our best to accommodate you. 3. NO SMOKING in the living room, however it is allowed in the balcony. 4. We have space to keep luggage before check-in and after check-out, please let us know in advance!
