Elvin's Rest & Sunrise View

Located in the main building, this room is fairly large with a very high ceiling. The main sleeping area is a loft space with a queen size bed and enough walk way to access the bathroom without disturbing the person sleeping. The bathroom is attached by 2 flight of steps up from the loft. Entrance is from ground level right from the main driveway of the main house. Looking out the window from the loft, one can wake up to a beautiful early morning sun rise, and a breath taking view. The space We will provide this information as soon as we are ready to accept guests. Until we ask that you please be patient with us, we are making some necessary renovations. We do hope at the end, our future guests will appreciate our attention to details and effort. Other things to note Guest access Guest has access to the entire space, the sleep area, bathroom and the living room/ kitchenet. Just outside and up the steps guest has access to the outside deck space fit for dining or just to relax. Because of our designation, it is obvious that we are not a hotel and do not offer maid or around the clock services of the kind. However, we do understand service, to that end we are available to help make your stay as worry free as possible. If there is something you need and do not see at our place, just ask we just might be able to help you locate whatever such need might be. It is also possible we may have such item/s available. At Elvin's Rest & Sunrise View, we value your business and highly respect your privacy; unless there is an absolute need, such as emergency repair, we will not enter the apartment without your permission. There is no daily house call for cleaning or replacement of used linen and towels; we provide what we consider to be an adequate amount of towels, linen and toilet paper based on the number of nights booked. After what we provided, (paper towel, toilet paper and water) is used up, you the guest is responsible to purchase such things as you need. If you require linen change and more towels, you will be required to pay a fee for the same. Please discuss the matter with us and let us see how we can better serve you. For our guests who book reservation and stay at Elvin's Hillside Rest & View, we have a very special offer for you. For those of you who do nor have the desire to cook or just don't have the time because of tight schedule; for a small fee we can be of assistance. We can prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner for you. Just let us know in advance and we will take it from there. Please make your breakfast, lunch or dinner selections from our menu provided and the time you preferred.
